Had Alona Bondarenko still been around we would have had 4 sets of sisters in the Wimbledon Main Draw, as it is there are 3 :Venus &Serena Williams;Karolina&Kristina Pliskova; Agi &Ula Radwanska...which ties last years US Open (Williams',Radwanska's and Bondarenko's). What is the record?

FYI, the Sema sisters (Yurika & Erika) both competed in qualies, which makes a total of 4 sets of sisters competing in the Womens singles overall event....but i'm pretty sure that ties the 2002 US Open which had Venus&Serena plus Adriana&Antonella Serra-Zanetti in the MD and Shika&Neha Uberoi and Anca&Adriana Barna spliting MD/QD's

Including qualies there were 4 sets at this year Australian Open too:

Agnieszka & Urszula Radwanska
Kateryna & Karolina Pliskova
Anastasia & Arina Rodionova
Erika & Yurika Sema

Of course, the Radwanska sisters were the only pair to both be in the main draw.
