It isn't all that bad! A while ago I would've been thrilled with 40! She'll bounce back.

I know it's frustrating coz we all know she's better than 40, but that's really up to her.

And remember her ranking at the start of the year before you plunge into despair. She's really made progress and we should be proud. I know I am.
