The "Race" is a year-long competition to see who is best at picking WTA-Tour Event winners.
Like the Tour, the "Race" continues right up to the WTA finals.

You don´t need to commit for this Game, just post your picks and you are in
All you have to do is to pick two player for each event.
You can pick whomever you want.
But one of your picks has to be 8th seed or lower seed, or even unseed.
This means you can not pick two players who are seeded between #1 and #7.
But you can pick two unseeded players

If you pick a seeded player, please post her seed # behind her Name
You can change your picks til deadline as often you want, but please don´t "edit" your original post - please POST NEW
you can also change your picks til "Late Entry Deadline" but then it will count as "Late Entry"
If you play the first time of the year then please choose a Country you want to represent the whole season.
Please think about carefully, since you can not change for the rest of the season
what if my picked player withdraw late?
withdrew is a part of the game
so don´t post any replacement picks before one of your picks withdraw
if your picked player withdraw after deadline it is bad luck for you.
so take this in consideration when you post your picks.
Points
you get points if you picked the Winner or the Runner up at a Tournament
GrandSlams ................. max.100 points
Mandatory Tournaments ...... .max.40 points
2/1Million Tournaments ..... ..20/10 points
700/600K Tournaments ....... ..15/08 points
200K Tournaments ........... ..10/05 points
"Late Entry" Rule:
each player can make a "Late Entry" 3 times a year.
"late entry - Deadline" is 24 hours after regular Deadline!!!
no "late entries" at Grand Slams
there are different Rules for the GrandSlams and for the four Mandatory events.
these Rules will be explained at that time.
