Go Eko G. :)
She missed the MD by one spot. If somewhere withdraws until the start of Q she will be promoted to MD

Cristina Bucsa first WTA tournament will have to wait as she was scheduled to play third match today in $100K Contrexeville (she still hasn't started her match) so she was authomatically withdrawn from Bucharest. Chirico made the draw here by just some minutes as she lost today in Versmold shortly before 4pm.

A player will not be automatically withdrawn from any WTA Tournament due to her participation in an ITF event and such player may still sign in for the qualifying of a WTA tournament while she is still participating in the previous event. But if a player signs in for the WTA qualifying while she is still participating in the prior week’s event and subsequently does not participate in such qualifying it will result full fines.

Wow so many of the ROU girls made the draw :cheer:

Hopefully Simion can have a good showing. Hate her draw but fingers crossed hard for her :cheer:

Too bad about Bucsa... you have been nice to make her debut in Romania since she's obvs romanian in origins.
