Noordin is not bad, managed to win 4 games off Putintseva last year. Has a really big weapon, her fh is massive and she can hit winners anywhere with that. Her bh and serve are quite terrible though. That, her movement and probably lack of financial commitment are what is holding her back. She could easily be top 500 if she played a full schedule. In her first career, she took Aoyama to 3 sets as well in 2012, and has beaten the likes of Wannasuk, Yang Zi, Beatrice Gumulya and Jia-Jing Lu.

I hope she plays more tournaments this year as she could be in the top 500 easily. Other than her, there's not much Malaysian talent really. Sad how Thailand is able to produce so many players but we can hardly get 1 to break into the top 1000 in the neighbouring countries :sad:
