There are no points to defend in the race to Istambul (or year end rankings). Both Screamapova and Vuvurenka have terrible USO record after 2006. Regardless, they should still still remain top 2 with the lead they've built up. But Vuvurenka will be #1 as she's the much better hard court player.

Can't see anybody catching Maria and Vika in the top 2 positions. I suspect Maria will finish world number 1 but I'd still say Vika remains in with a chance. Aga should hold on to the number three spot. I'd round out the top 5 with two of these three, Petra K, Serena and Angelique.
