Obvious "Peak Rena" performances would be demolition spectacles like AO 2007, or London 2012. Personally though, I loved the Charleston 2012 match against Stosur; chiefly because of Serena's calmness from beginning till end. The most dangerous force of nature on the WTA tour is a relaxed Serena.

Additionally, I can never get enough of Clayrena. Clay has famously been Serena's toughest surface to master, but when her game is clicking on clay, she is pure art to watch. The year after, Serena would go on to win her first Roland Garros title in eleven years - I feel that this match was the beginning of that journey.

Omg I remember that Charleston match  Serena was ruthless. So calm, precise and powerful. At the time I was astonished that performance.
