Only if she'll have extremely good year.
Not really. She needs 50 wins. 2 MMs and she will already have 8-9 extra wins. She plays enough tournaments to win 50 matches in one season.

You're right, my bad.
I was thinking about Sharapova who was pretty solid last year, but still didn't reach 50 wins...
But of course Aga is not Maria. She plays at least 5 tournament more in one season. (Vulture) :eek:h:

On the other hand Maria should get her 600th win this season. Specially now that she won Brisbane and needs only 38 wins more. :worship:

Quick question for anyone here but what actually counts in the win/loss records for WTA? Is it just WTA events + Grand Slams? Do they include ITFs as well? Is it just main draw or does winning/losing in qualifying count too?

Thanks!

2016 wozniacki will pass 500+ wins for sure, she has 475 wins now

Vera Zvonareva has 476 wins, but...

other candidates for career 500 wins: Kerber 457, Azarenka 437, Errani 456, Pliskova 329 (considering her age and match record in 2015), Kvitova 329(maybe not), Carla Suárez Navarro 397(maybe not), Simona 314(let's hope so), Muguruza 235(she's now the second youngest to pass 200+ win), Pavlyuchenkova 308(maybe not)
