Okay, this thread serves two purposes: Firstly, I'd like to know which coaches a player has had since turning PRO. Secondly, I'd like to know which players have had the MOST number of coaches over the span of their careers. List the coaching history of your favourite players, or any others, from the time they turned pro until current, or until they retired. Include as many male and female players as you can. Help each other fill in the blanks if there are blanks to be filled. If you are extra knowledgeable, you can include the years they were employed too.

Here's an example on how to format:

steffi's father for sure had all influences till 91
for sure in 88 when she won the slam since she had a "coach" who she hardly spoke with (his own words)

Didn't Martina Hingis also work with David Taylor for a very short while when she decided to "take a break" from Melanie? This was in 2001 around the American claycourt season. Around the time Martina lost in the QF to Arantxa at Amelia Island.
