The only one of your picks that I agree with is Lisa Raymond's volley. Capriati's forehand, while lethal, is hit off her back foot and any high school tennis teacher would have a beginner's head for that. She generates that great force with her core strength and hip rotation but it's not a great motion. Now that I've been nitpicky , here are my picks:
Serve: Serena Williams (even makes Lindsay look like she has a hitch)
Forehand: Lindsay (meets the ball out front and doesn't move her head)
Backhand: Venus, Amelie (Vee for the two hand and Amelie for one)
Volley: Lisa Raymond, Virginia Ruano-Pascual
Serena's forehand should not be taught to average players. She has the muscle which makes it possible for her to hit that forehand. But her motion isn't exactly perfect. I'm dead sure of this.
Justine's backhand is single handed so it's not fair to Anna to compare their backhands. I don't think Serena's serve minus power is that nice.
This is about motion not power. If it were about power I'd take Venus' first serve, but it isn't it's about motion, and Serena Williams is widely praised for her service motion, and serve "Best on WTA tour"
justine's forehand is too often errant, jenn hits off her backfoot.
Camille Vidann you have some vision problems to pick Meg serve's as the perfect motion shot
Serve: Alexandra Stevenson (yes her serve has a perfect motion) and Serena Williams
Forehand: Serena Williams, Jennifer Capriati
Backhand: Lindsay Davenport, Venus Williams, ONE-HANDED : Justine, Amelie
Volley: Chanda Rubin, Ai Sugiyama
