Na Li debuts in 2009: She comebacks beating Agnes Szavay 7-6 (6) 6-2 saving 2 SPs

What a dramatic first set

Na started with a 3-0* lead. She had billion of GPs at 3-3, but Szavay won 5 games in a row to lead 5-3.

When serving for the set at 5-4, Szavay wasted 2 Sps with 2 DFs :tape:

Na broke back, then Agnes rebroke, and served again for the set, but got broken to love.

In tie break, Na led 6-2, but Szavay saved all 4 Sps. Na finally won the tiebreak 8-6.

Na was a bit lucky because of the DFs of Agnes

seriously poor Agnes,she had 2Sps in the first set and wasted both with DF...and trailing for 6-2 down in TB to lost 8-6:hug::hug:
Anyway I think it´s a good effort,and if she is stay focused maybe she will win a set in Dubai:awww:

She won 2 matches in fed cup against 2 scrub players (but got trounced by Keothavong).

Agi, Agi... She used to have a big 1st serve and always had a nice ace/df ratio, but right now her serve is very Kournikova-esque hitting 5-10 double faults per match. Probably due to her low confidence at the moment. She should stick to the lower tier tournaments for a bit until her form picks up.
