Daniela is on her way back to London. She's got a week of full practice on grass. Let's see if this will be enough just to try and pass a round in singles and doubles.

I remember when she defeated Na @ Eastbourne last year. She was playing so good back then...Unfortunately,this time around she will need a lot of luck to pass the 1st round...Hopefully Li, who didn´t have a good Wimbledon though, will have one of those off days of her..We´ll see :scared:

In doubles, they got Radwanskas :eek:. If they win, then Huber/Raymond...Sucks so much

I'llbe shocked if she wins 2 matches, Li then Paszek, not pretty.

Well being unseeded she was going to have to play a top player either first or second round, and Li is one of the most beatable top 10 players for Daniela. In slightly better form Daniela could be the favourite, but sadly that's not the case.

It's a very tough draw, both in singles and doubles. Na won't give Daniela too many UE, while Daniela can't hit on court area. So, a quick exit is highly expected. Few games would be nice.

As for the doubles... well, Dani/Domi can't handle the Radwanska's standard rhythm.

Daniela will play her match against Li on Saturday 28th (DAY 01 of OG) on Court No 2. The match has been setted for NB 15.30.

Lost the first two games, looking really average, too many UEs; but then broke to love to get back on serve. In that game she was moving a lot better and swinging more freely. Li Na is nowhere near her best, which is helping, but she looks as though she'll be able to step it up =/.

And now she's up to 4-2!! Tbh she's still not playing amazingly - movement and consistency are good, although nothing special, but more important is that Li hasn't really turned up at all. If Daniela keeps playing like this she looks good for a win, but it really is in Li's hands.
