Janes looking for first win!​

British Tennis Star Amanda Janes will be looking for her 1st FWTA Tour Career win, in only her 2nd tournament. Janes, whose career began last week in San Diego, lost in both singles & doubles despite each of the matches going to 3 tight sets. Amanda will play Canadian Marie-Eve Pelletier in Round 1 of the Nordic Light Open in Helsinki, with the prospect of playing Switzerlands Patty Schnyder in Round 2 In the disappointingly small doubles draw, in which only 4 teams have entered, Janes will play with Frenchwoman, Amelie Mauresmo where they will meet the 2nd seeds, Eleni Daniilidou & Bianka Lamade!​
