I'm not sure to get it. In what way someone who is nice necessary means that she is boring and uninteresting? Is Capriati "interesting" and full of personnality because she sometimes acts like a bitch on the court, I don't think so.

I can see why some people find Clijsters boring and be indifferent to her, but it's a bit sad to think being nice is somewhat perceived negatively (at least from some comments that I read), in what kind of society are we living?!

Yes, like many others I enjoy Caprati, Stevenson and co but that doesn't mean I won't respect or look negatively on someone who doesn't act that way.
