Yes but they always like to invite different countries to play quallies, like last year Uzbekistan and Paraguay - who would have predicted that. Also perhaps players from Croatia (just using that as an example) didn't want to come. I know Federer was asked to play and there is no Swiss team. So just cause some countries aren't here doesn't mean they weren't asked, they could have just turned down the invite - who knowscroat123 said:
