Well the thing is after Miami there is not much to do till Madrid. She hasnt signed up for Charleston/Bogota and she has no chance getting into Stuttgart.

I will never understand why some people moan when a player after a good run has to play qualies like Muchova here or Noskova at AO.

Players need to plan their starts, travels, in-season training cycles and breaks in advance. If players were allowed to use their newest rankings to immediately enter the next week's tournament the tour would be one hot disfunctional mess. And there is always one Special Exempt spot left in a WTA entry list for a player with a very deep run from the previous week, I think that's fair.
