does anyone know much about massage therapy or becoming a massage therapist?

I'm really sick of my major and I'm pretty sure that I don't want to get a Master's degree in it, nor do I want a job relating to my major.

I've been thinking lately about becoming a massage therapist, but I don't know too much about it, so if anyone has any insight I would love to hear it!

My brother's girlfriend does it and she likes it cuz she works on her own. She went to school for it in like 6 months to get her license then she was workin at a gym for a little while til she got enough clients to work on her own. She likes it and makes good money but it's hard work also.
