Well, what can we say? Iva is playing like crap lately, and was bashed by Elena Likhovtseva today, 1-6, 1-6. I was reading over the match stats and was saddened by them. She won only one point on her second serve, served 52 % FS, hit 11 doubles, and managed to hit 0 winners...

It's clear that she was not expecting to win any matches here. How on earth can anyone seriously expect to win a match at this level after not playing ANY lead up tournaments? It's a case of "I'll play the Open cos I have direct entry and it's money in the bag'. She came, got paid, might play doubles...then will go out and get hammered in a bar somewhere :hearts:

Don't be surprised if we don't see her on court again this year. I can't see Iva having to go through qualies...I mean, work? Iva?

11 DFs is just a HUGE problem, players have trained won't commited so many errors unless they totally loss their shape. Sad to see Iva losing in this way and drop out of the 100, her shit performance must scare her fans.
