What is the rule for LL in Q when there is only 1 losing seed left and the rest are non seeded losers? So for example if Chirico loses vs Lu it will be a random draw between her and the other non seeded loser final Q round losers? @Meelis

It's about rankings. Highest ranked player will be first lucky-loser (if the spot opens up after qualifying is completed). Or there will be draw between two highest ranked losers (if there is known spot).

The players in a LL draw don't necessarily have to be qualifying seeds, they just have to be the top-ranked available losers. So I guess that would be a "yes". Once qualifying is over, it's just next available in line, by ranking.
