Kournikova beat Coetzer earlier tonight in the exhibition at the palace of aurburn hills. Amanda didn't play well at all and Anna looked brillant at times throughout the match.

Really? <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> Wow, after beating both Jennifer and now Amanda, it seems that Anna is really getting things back together. Of course these are exhibitions, though, so I'm sure the players aren't at all playing their best. Would like to see Anna pull herself back up in the rankings though, so hopefully this is a good sign for 2002.

...and she doesn't seem to be having any problems with her foot now so that's even better...<br />as long as she takes caution, does the proper stretching, she'll have her foot back to its old playing condition and hopefully she'll continue with this form

I'm not clear as to why Luke and Murphy always get a chance to show up at these little exhibition matches.

I've seen them perform, and honestly, they could have been quite formibdable if they would have made tennis their priority.
