thought it was ok, i expected a lot more though. they tried to make out it was historical on the one hand but then added all that stuff about keira knightly being a warrior etc which is such crap and made it more like the lord of the rings and IMO there was no real tension in the battle scenes etc mainly because they constantly kicked their opposition's arse with little loss of their own. it was entertaining but it could have been a lot better.

Pretty much yea. But I saw this movie after the (fantastic) movie Badasssss! so my standards were increased somewhat.
