Kim is 4:11 in each of their last 5 matches (two victories to retirement) against the 3 other ladies who we consider her chief rivals. Has this ever happened to a #1 player?

Infiniti, it's the last 5 matches.

'nana,
Seriously, I just used the five matches as an arbitrary marker. If we went much further back, especially in the case of Vee and Serena, it would look worse for Kimmie.
The point is to highlight the record of the future #1 against her chief rivals up to this point. That's what we do here from time to time. :)
