She again updated her diary. Best news to be found in it: She will play Leipzig after all, but is leaving for Melbourne now to train with the Austrailian Davis Cup squad

Weekje uitgerust in Australië 14-09-2003

Dat eerste weekje Australië heeft al goed gedaan. Buiten dan 't feit dat ik door de jetlag 's ochtends om 7u wakker word en dat het hier pokkenweer is. Maar voor het overige is het heel ontspannend. Ik pik weldra ook weer het tennissen op om klaar te zijn tegen het tornooi van Leipzig dat ik toch zal spelen.

Het is dus niet altijd zomers weer in Australië: 12 graden, koud, regen en wind. Geen weer om buiten te komen dus. Dan maar gaan winkelen he... Spulletjes kopen voor in Lleytons nieuwe huis. Daar hebben we nu al vier dagen onze intrek in genomen. Het is heel mooi gelegen, vlak aan het meer en helemaal omringd door water. Ik heb er een beetje huisvrouw gespeeld: poetsen, onkruid wieden, elke avond koken,... Daarnaast gerust, maar wel het fitnessen onderhouden.

Morgen begin ik terug te tennissen. Ik reis mee naar Melbourne, waar Lleyton Davis Cup moet spelen en ga daar trainen met de Australische jongens. Met een week goed te trainen, moet ik klaar zijn voor het tornooi van Leipzig. Ik heb nog even getwijfeld of ik er zou spelen, maar heb nu dus beslist om het te doen!

Ik hoop dat het in België intussen allemaal een beetje rustiger geworden is. Ik was het echt beu hoor die roddels en sneren over en weer. Voor wie er aan twijfelt: ik heb zelf, samen met papa, beslist om eventjes niet meer te reageren op al die verhalen. Ik hou jullie hier op de hoogte hoe 't met me gaat, maar mag ik jullie ook vragen o.m. op het forum niet meer in te gaan op al die persartikels?

Je hoort snel weer van me!

More news: Although the weather is terrible in Adelaide and she's sufferening from jetlag she enjoyed her stay a lot, mainly going shopping to buy things for Lleyton's new place.

Further more she regrets all the allegations and gossip.

ok no problem i read the french version...
she said she hope the situation in belgium gets quiet and invited her fans not to write about that polemics in their forum."not to react to those kiind of articles"she wrote.
she decided to play in leipzig and she starts her preparation tomorrow with young australian players.
she spent the last week doing shopping for the new house of lleyton and acting as woman of the house cleaning,cutting the grass,preparing the dinners and so on...
weather is 12 degrees,chilly and windy.
she's so lovely when she speaks so openly of her businees.
I don't know if she is the only player to do this,is she?

What's wrong about training with the davis-cup guys ?
She doesn't need to go to the states to train with all that hoxus-pocus people overthere.
Kim doesn't need all that kind of things to beat somebody.Who laughs the last, laughs best. For me, Kim is simply the best.

I don't understand why the Clijsters-clan is behaving now like they are victims of the gossip. It is Lei who started everything when he called De Morgen! What a shame!

Word! It was himself who started to talk about how big Justine has become in such short time and how that´s why she is winning. If you say get big in short time...that´s asking for trouble.

Could you please stop whining about it, in every thread you come in and say this. Have you read Lei's explanation I posted. Justine is certainly the biggest victim, I agree. But who is to blame? Indeed, the press who jumps on every word Lei says, just as you are doing.

in this letter i have found the good spirit of kim...
nothing copared to the last one...she seems to be better,happy and relaxed.
i love this girl...few days and she's well again...
