Yeah, it's unfortunate to happen when the clay season starts..
But maybe she actually could use some rest and mental sessions :)

Missing Charleston (if that happens) is probably not a big deal with respect to the rest of the European clay swing, starting with Porsche in the end of April.

But it has to be frustrating for someone who is just trying to win some matches (anywhere, any surface) and get a bit of momentum going. Especially after waiting around ~10 days for Miami to start after Indian Wells.

:sobbing: Unlike last year, she probably does not have to worry about overplaying right now.

Derailing her thread is an apt metaphor for La Keeks 2017.

I hope her knee is better. Maybe the clay will be easier on it and she'll get some confidence.

And some wins.

And she can start carrying her feeble-minded partner in doubles.

Thursday: Kween B vs MLB is third on the Althea Gibson court.
Lol, for a second I thought you said Kiki drew Michele Larcher de Brito ^^
But ok, Lucic is a bit better :) We'll see... If she can play smarter than on HC, I think she can win :))

Kiki back on the clay. Hope she can get some points here to create a buffer. Present MLB is not going to be easy though.

Can't see the match unfortunately. Good luck to her. :cheer:
