Celebrities Design One-of-a-Kind Aprons for the Bertolli(R) 'Aprons With Attitude' Charity Auction

More than 30 celebrities designed their own creative aprons, each featuring an autograph and personalized philosophy showcasing how the celebrity embraces life. Bertolli will donate all the proceeds generated from the auction to the Starlight Children's Foundation.

The Bertolli "Aprons with Attitude" online charity auction will take place from Monday, November 3rd (12:00 a.m. EST) through Thursday, November 13th (11:59 p.m. EST), just in time for the holiday gift-giving season.
From stars of the big screen Mena Suvari to professional sport figures Jennifer Capriati, and from media personalities Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa to the upper echelon of the culinary world Jacques Pepin, each celebrity selected a favorite fabric and design embellishments for their aprons. They then provided their creativity and their own words of wisdom highlighting a favorite hobby, pastime, occupation or way of thinking, which are embroidered on the unique aprons.

Apron Specifications
-- Each apron is 29.5"W x 33.5"L.
-- An array of fabrics and fabric patterns are used, including shimmery
cottons, animal prints, polka dots, fruits and vegetables, stripes
and more.
-- An assortment of embellishments are used, including patches, sequins,
flowers, ribbon, beads, rhinestones and more.
-- The "Aprons with Attitude" philosophy, which is authored by each
celebrity and explains how he or she embraces life, is embroidered on
the top of the front portion of the apron and appears in both English
and the Italian translation.
