good question.... it was awful a lot risky decision on Melanie's part... I bet in the future people will judge her coach skills based on not Martina's career, but the first player she will coach after Martina. So IF she is a full time coach of Anna and Anna doesn't do well quickly, people will start asking questions whether Melanie is really capable of coaching apro.

As for whether it is working or not, we won't know until the AO... Give them a little time.
