This will be the Top 4 come Monday:

1.Serena
2.Kim
3.Justine
4.Venus

This is the Tournament average for each player in 2003 to this minute:

1 SERENA WILLIAMS 467.67
2 KIM CLIJSTERS 339.11
3 JUSTINE HENIN-HARDENNE 285.67
4 VENUS WILLIAMS 281.00

Venus has played 5, Serena 6 and Justine and Kim 9.

Incredible average for Serena.
Very high for Kim over so many tournaments as well.

All in all it seems the Rankings that come out on Monday are reflecting exactly what is happening on court so far this year.

It does point to the reasons why Justine is the deserved number 3 over Venus :)

Both Justine and Kim will have a lower average after playing at Rosmalen. This kind of statistics favours players who only play GS's and TI-tournaments.

eg. If Venus would win Rosmalen her average would drop.

It still clearly states who are the better players this year. The point of this thread orginally was to point out why Justine is deservedly at number 3. It has done that.
