Swiatek has already fed 3 players with 4 bagels in total at Roland Garros 2023. Is Gauff able not to eat any?

I think Gauff might win 3 games or so, so likely no bagel. I voted for ''just one bagel'' though as I want ĹšwiÄ…tek to add another match won with a set with this scoreline to her collection.

Three close sets is my prediction

if Iga is healthy and on the game... probably something like 6-2, 6-0 as Coco's confidence crashes hard and she mopes and sulks her way into the bakery 2nd set for a tasty bagel...

and if not fully on her game.. maybe 3 sets but still might take a match of her Coco life to beat Iga unless she had a complete meltdown kind of match like we saw at the AO. Sure it can happen but chances the two .. bad Iga and GOAT'ing out Coco both happening at the same time.. probably pretty damn low...

but it can... and that is why they play the game and unlike the ATP where results are pretty much phoned in.. you just never know in the WTA do we how these gals are going to play...

STOP IT. This cockiness is a very bad look for the fanbase.

Read it again.
In her opinion as she is theirs opponent it would be disrespectful to talk about beating them 6-0. That is totally understandable. She just doesn't want to focus on anything else besides matches.

There is nothing disrespectful in talking here if Coco is able to avoid getting a bagel.

People better be careful. All it takes is a bad start for Iga, and all of the sudden Coco has some confidence, and Iga feels the pressure of losing as a big favorite. Not saying it's going to happen, but we all know it happens regularly in sports. Iga seems to not let this happen much, as she's pretty grounded, obviously, but....

I think Coco gets to a tiebreak in a set, and maybe even takes one.

She played 6 sets and has 4 bagels. But I saw their last match and Iga wanted to hit a lot to Gauff backhand. Propbably prepping for her next match
So if she hits a lot to her back hand I expect Gauff to avoid being bageled

I'm a fan of neither, but I hope Iga wins because I'm so tired of how overhyped Gauff is. American press is desperate looking for a new prospect. No American women or men are winning a slam any time soon. That's why ESPN barely broadcasts tennis these days.

Wow, the arrogance. No wonder more and more people hate Iga nowadays. Too bad since Iga is a humble person herself but apparently not a few of her fans

What's arrogant about that? Predicting if there will be a bagel or not? It's like predicting a result. Nothing arrogant and personal against Coco. Why do you see things that don't exist?
In 2 out of 6 their matches there was a bagel. In 2 more a breadstick. It's natural to wonder how it's going to be this time.
