Anyway, since i am new to the message board and after such a bad start lol.. I would like to apologise to all the Lindsay fans I offended. Surely there are worst crimes I could have done.

But anyhoo, I get down on my knees and beg for forgiveness.

It was closed because we do not tolerate players bashing or insults etc. Even if you consider it as a joke, you probably understand you might offend her fans.

I don't think you'd appreciate if someone was bashing Justine in his/her 3 first posts?

Oh come on! I'm talking for myself here, we just decided that with Poe and Lisa yesterday, we agreed we had to close it, period.

Now i'm sorry but these are the rules, if you're not happy with it then there's nothing i can do!

And it's not like we're closing all controversial threads, you have no idea how many e-mails we receive of people complaining!

Anyway, i'm not going to spend my day trying to show you it's not very nice calling Lindsay a pig!

Chris-IloveJustine: The assumption is you have the ability to follow directions, and a willingness to comply with board etiquette. Your post displayed neither. I suppose that could have been interpreted as an attempt at humor. If so, it was an abject failure. It read as an insulting attack, deliberately intended to denigrate someone.

I very much support the closing of the thread, and I'm not even a fan of Lindsay's. Not only does it send the right message to you, it sends the message to the next ten "you's" down the line.

Challenge yourself. Try to be humorous instead of insulting.

It's one thing to express your feelings; it's quite another to intentionally put down someone else in doing so. It's great Chris that you are such a great supporter of Justine, but you don't have to make fun of other players when you express that support. It is distasteful and bad manners.
