I enjoyed watching Anna K play on the tour and at one time I was ripped by some members for saying that she was my #3 fave player. But, alas, her predictions of greatness have gone up like smoke and her game is faltering as fast as that of Alex Stevens at this time and there are rumors of a chronic back ailment as well.

I think Anna has the personality and temperment, that if coupled with some acting lessons, could become a better actress than she is/was a tennis player, if that is saying much at this stage.

Of course, many of her fans will want her to do the sexy stuff, but I think that she has some comedic talents that would be emphasized with that Rooskie accent.

And who knows, after a few action and comedy movies, in 14-15 years from now, Anna may even be able to add governor of Cali, as Arnold just did, to her resume as well. :lol:

I do not hate Anna, I just think that her athletic career is over and her acting career is about to begin.

She is doing more than any of us will. So what if she hasn't won a tourny, she has made millions, and not everybody in their career wins a tourny.
She was #1 in doubles, and won grand slams, competed at the greatest stadiums in tennis, has thousands of fans screaming for her.
I say the Williams sisters and Anna have had the best careers so far!
tell me what some other chicks who won some tournys have done, I'm sure not so much what Anna has accomplished with her TENNIS, she has gotten to much bigger things from tennis, she hasn't made tennis her life, and good on her.

Lots of players have "made millions." Anna has made a HUNDRED MILLION. But her acting sucks, she'd be even less respected as an actress than she is as a tennis player. Let her stay with the modeling and glam appearance biz.

Anna's modeling is solely predicated on her tennis career.
However, she can do some acting, for a while, although if she does not listen to her drama coach, she may become a mediocre actress as well.

While you certainly appear to be dead on with the retirement talk, I'm not quite sure what your reason is for wanting her to retire.

Be that as it may, Anna certainly appears to want to do anything that has to do with entertainment. Can you say, "show me the money"?

Being a celeberty will take less effort on Anna's part, and even though I doubt that she will be the next Gweneth Palthrow, we could at least watch and be entertained by Anna as she goes through on and off antics in and about Hollywood.

I also predict that Anna will have three more husbands as well. :lol:
