I quit tennis when I was 19 until I was 22. Much more mature now, I have had fits and starts. Now, I am so happy I stayed with it. I am so happy with my play now! I think you are probably about to enter the "next level" and it is very hard and frustrating, I have said I never wanted to play again...

I bought a new racquet and took some time off. Also, it is just a game. You play tennis because you love it. Remember that. Its great excercise and its fun. Perhaps get a new hitting partner? Let me know if this helps and how it goes...
