but talk a lot of shit. you all already know how i am. if i say some shit, and it don't get backed up, i take care of my actions. let yall know i was in the wrong.
i am accepting the exucse 1 kim gave about being out of gas. being tired. is it safe to say we can all agree that Kim lost today b/c of fatigue and take all credit away from Lina, like half the kim fans, and everyone eles out there, assume we were/are trying to do to kim when we go back and talk about her win over serena?
kim played a great match against Serena, but it was very clear the only reason why she won that day was b/c of Serena. Serena was clearly tired from the match she had the other day against Jennifer. and matter of fact it was from the day before. that semifinal wasn't it? Anyway, this is what im talking about. it all comes back to you. it will always come back to you. you rep what you sew. and im talkin bout you all and your comments.
why would kim be tired? she is the number 1 player that plays a lot and always wins. I think it finally caught up with her. and its sad that she had to loose this way. i would rather had seen her loose on bad form than on fatigue. i saw cilps of it on tv, and she was HIGHLY fatigued. never seen her this fatigued before. she didn't even bother to run for shots in the third set it seemed. CNN showed a couple of clips. Their title was "this is number 1 material?" a bit disrespectful, but i see where they were coming from.
i still think kim was really trying to just add and add on to her point total lead b/c she knew she really had to defend after the usopen. i can say this tournie was her only "cushion" tournie. It will be interesting to see if 2 weeks will be enough for her to regroup and physically get back into shape. she has 2 weeks off, but the way she looked in those clips she really was in need of a break. she had that month off earlier this year, and she made it seemed that is all she needed for the rest of the year. hell i wouldn't even be able to play 15 events and only have 1 week or 2 week breaks here and there. damn my hands hurt from all this damn typing. but neway. like i was saying earlier:
physically people do looose matches, and i don't wanna take anything away from Lina, but sometimes you really need to. Kim won that first set easily. and the fatigue had to be evident from the scores. if it wasn't fatigued from that scoreline i say it was a bunch of errors.
question now is, should players be playing this much? it showed that kim had played too much, and lost b/c of fatigue. a couple days before this all happend, she was being praised for becoming number 1, and being able to play so much and win. well it all caught up with her. in only her 2nd match as number 1 she looses, and its b/c she is tired. i think that right there says it. you don't ever see serena loose b/c she is tired. but last year, she played like 3 straight tournies, took a 1 week break i believe and then playing tour champs. had that highly physical match against Jennifer, and just ran out during the tour champs.
It happens people. Kim is a great player. I think had she not been physically hamperd she would've cruzed to the victory here. it happend to serena. kim was baerly beating serena when serena was getting tired. and finally won when it was clear serena would not be able to recover at all.
i say put this behind us. a lot of you all should realize that comments you made towards Serena and any other tennis player out there towards the "fatigue factor" when it came to their looses was bogus. it happens. you can't say their opponent played well, when they are barely even moving. its just not true. and i think b/c Kim is the 'tour bitch" oops i mean "tour sweetheart" (i don't know what i was thinking) i think a lot of people will realize that fatiuge does happen in losses. it happend to serena against Kim, and it happend to day to Kim against lina.
