As of next week, Elise should be 240. She'll have 102.25 points with 16 tournaments played. The person at #200 now is on 141.75 points, so effectively, Elise would need to get 40+ points to get into the top 200. She has been doing so well in the $25k's and I don't think she has many points to defend for the rest of the year. She didn't play much last year. I know she played some $25ks in Oz at the end of last year, but she was in qualifying then and I don't think she made it to the MD once. 
(What's changed?). I think she can finish the year inside the top 200. If she keeps having results as she has had all year, then there's no reason why she can't. It would be interesting to see how she'd do in a couple of $50k tourneys. She's blitzed the English $10ks she played in earlier in the year, and done very well in these last few German $25ks. I can't see her listed for any more events in August, which is probably a good idea. She just played three hard weeks! Hopefully in September she'll play a couple more bigger tourneys and get into the top 200!
It's nice to see a Dutchie having a good year this year! (She started off the year in the 1000's I think!). Go Elise!
