You're barking up the wrong tree- Tracy normally only says what the teleprompter feeds into her ear. Consistency is probably one of the words she knows best for filler during dead air time. She did, you remember, out-consistency Chris Evert on many occasions!

The only reason Tracey and the other dickheads (Shriver, MaryJoe, Mary Carillo, et al) use "consistency" so much is to try to justify the rankings in women's tennis, because they know that Clijsters is NOT the best women's tennis player. There has to be some justification for Clijsters reaching #1, so "consistency" is the key to being #1. Being the BEST (ala Serena Williams) takes a back seat to "consistency."

Every time I hear the word I want to scream, because they know, like I know, that they are full of shit regarding this "consistency" BS.

Because they are the Williams sisters. They are tennis. They are the queens of tennis. Everyone knows who they are and again they are the queens of tennis. They are so famous here and all over that after the tv networks heard they were not going to be in the open they all wanted then on their shows. They were doing all the t.v. rounds last week. They weren't at the open but their fans got to see them so we are happy.
