It could be the last rain delay of the tournament, the whole system moves gradully east and the next raining spots should be clearing Flushing well to south..

From now on, the US Open is a joke for me! A tournament in the most powerful region in the world is becoming a total disaster, because it's raining.

This is worse then Wimbledon. I dont think I have ever witnessed rain like this before, even in this country.

By now rain must have stopped. There is a possibility of another minor rain in about 2 hours. They'd better get the play going quickly.

It is just an amazing run of bad luck for US Open organizers. Today they got more than 2 hours of play on AA Stadium, probably they will get another 40-45 minutes before rain starts. But the Federer match won't be completed by then, meaning, they again will fail to have a completed match in a day session, and today's daily tickets will be eligible for exchange.. It's really unbelievable.. They would pay a lot for Roger or David to finish it really quickly. But it won't happen..
