Well our Bobsled team is a brand new one, Sean Ollson wont be there, so that is a prob, but we should hopefully be gunning for a medal...

That lass in the skeleton has a good chance, our best chance. I don't think we have a chance with any skiing event though.

As for speedskating, we may get a medal, but it wont be gold.

Joey's prediction,

5 medals. Possibel golds come in Skeleton and curling. Curling involves brushes. British people use brushes best.

I'll be looking in depth at the Luge, or as we call it, "fat bloke on a sledge"

Coming from Australia I would have said 0 but apparently we have a good aerial freestyle skier (sounds dangerous!).

Yeah, Australia has Jacquie Cooper, and also Zali Steggal (well, I'm assuming she's skiing). I'd say 5, but that is probably too many! hehe we'll probably be lucky if we get two! lol

Australia has won only two medals ever!

One bronze by Zali Steggal in 1998, and a bronze in 1994 in the relay sprints!

We have some very good jumpers who are a great shot at a medal, and also a good chance in the relay sprints, and Zali Steggal is skiing here again, as is Jacqui Cooper!

I think Australia should get one medal any more than this would be our most successful Winter Olympics ever and would be a fantastic achievement for a country that has hardly any snow!

Estonia: 2-3 would be nice -- hopefully Kristina Smigun and Andrus Veerpalu or Jaak Mae will get couple in cross country skiing. :D I don't think we have a chance in any other event. :(

I'm not very optimistic when it comes to Team Oz and medals at the winter olympics.

I mean, its unlikely for us to get snow, anywhere other than the snowy mountains, so how great a chacne could we possibly have, really?
