I was wondering if anyone can do it, or if you need something in particular to be able to shrink pictures down, for thumbnails and avatars and stuff.

If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.

You need a photoprogramm for that(photoshop by example) and then you can make the pic as big or small as you want.
