Everyone probably knos by now that Toronto's power was out all through night last night.. same with other parts of Southern Ontario and the States...

anyone went to Rogers Cup yesterday? i thought they would suspend play because of the blackout.. what happen?!

i also heard somewhere that people in hotels couldnt go back into their rooms and had to sleep on the floor or outside last night - could that be the players as well??? lol

Henin-Hardenne was still playing her match after the power went out- at least the live scoring kept coming through, which means the emergency generator kicked in. It was still light out in Toronto when this happened, so I doubt it stopped any of the day matches.
