The spelling is <a href="http://www.angeliquewidjaja.com" target="_blank">Widjaja</a> but it is pronounced something like wee-jaa-yaa

About the 8 player list that keeps changing, word from Angie's contact person in the committee is that the list IS very volatile and can change even a day before D-Day. I myself have not confirmed whether Hingis withdrew and whether Capriati joined in. Thanks!
