I am so confused as to what happened. My left forearm hurts so bad if i play tennis or lift anything the past month. Elbow doesn't hurt at all. just the forearm muscle and i can't play at all now :( IDK wth his wrong. It's my non-dominate arm too! Anyone else have this problem before? I have never.

I don't know much about that injury but it happens after tennis?

I don't know if you have but maybe try stretching it well before tennis and putting some kinesiology tape on it when you play. Could be just tight muscles.

Another wild guess could be old strings?

It is weird it's your non dominant arm.

After researching it, it's a pretty common thing. Stems of over using the wrist, hence it's my left arm with my two handed backhand.

Drink plenty of water daily and take more days off between play if you're playing too much. Drinking lots of water plus stretching before and after exercise help prevent cramps.
