I noticed at this US Open that it will be Sam Stosur's 64th grand slam main draw appearance and wondered if this was an Aussie all time record, which I researched and conclude it is!

It got me thinking that its time we started a thread that lists Aussie records on the tour.

I guess you are just looking at pro-era/computer records.

Nell Hopman was 45 when she won the French doubles title in 1954.and she was 53 when she won a round of the French doubles & mixed & a round of the US mixed in 1962.

There will be others from the amateur days older than some of the more recent 'record-holders' in your list too.

Youngest winner of WTA main draw singles title: Goolagong 17 yrs 2 mths Sydney 1968. WTA?
Youngest winner of WTA main draw doubles title: Barty 17 yrs 1 mth Birmingham 2013
Youngest player to win through singles qualifying of WTA event: Dokic 16 yrs 2 mths Wimbledon 1999

Looks like

Youngest winner of WTA main draw singles title: Goolagong 17 yrs 2 mths Sydney 1968. WTA?

was too early to be a WTA event.
So let's start with:
Youngest winner of WTA main draw singles title: Goolagong 20 yrs 10 mths Paris 1971.
Barty 20 yrs 10 mths Kuala Lumpur 2017.

and see if we can find anyone younger.
Dokic was not playing for Australia when she won her first title.
