Kim owns Justine so bad! I don't understand it!
I hope Justine will be able to go out and play great. I hope the scoreline won't be like the WTA Champs in LA. That was horrible!!!

I don't think Kim owns Justine at all. Their careers have different trajetories.

If you look at the stats since may of last year, it is 3-1. Justine won their last meeting on clay. Kim won on her favorite surface, hardcourt, and Justine took the second set to a tiebreak in Antwerp.

I think it is getting very close between them now.

Kim is the most difficult player for Justine, Justine has so much nerves when she has to play against her!

But now, she's on clay and she loves clay, so I'm very curious to see this match, it can be a good fight!

I think Justine has more confidence now, just like she did last year when she beat Kim.

Nevertheless, I want Kim to WIN!!

justine cannot hope to bang the ball with Kim on hardcourt. She just gets overpowered, Kim doesn't leave her any breathing room on fast surfaces. But this is clay. Justine routined her last year in Rome, and honestly, she should've beaten her at the French Open in 2001. Anyway, I said before the Mauresmo match that this is Justine's chance to really prove that she can win the French. Beating Serena in charleston said a lot, but beating Amelie and Kim here would really hammer home the point. I think she can do it, but i'm not partial to either player, so whoever wins will be okay by me.

7-5, 6-2 isn't routining her in my book, but the second set was a rout. Antwerp was a bit of the reverse this year. 6-2, 7-6 for Kim. Justine came quite near to taking that to a third set.

This is how I feel, too. I am not one for looking at head-to-heads older than 1-2 years, unless it helps to demonstrate a complete, 100% domination of one player by another, which is not teh case here. These two players in particular have been improving so rapidly that their older results are even more irrelevant than most.

I may be the only person who does not feel that Justine has a mental block about beating Kim at this time, since she knows she has beaten her before. That is enough for her to know. When Kim has won recently, she has simply been the better player.

Justine is definitely closing the gap, though, and in my mind, on clay they are even.

I will be surprised and extremely disappointed if Kim blows Justine off the court in 2 lopsided sets!

Here's what justine had to say:

I won the last match on clay court against her in Rome. But for sure, she won the last times against me. But I’m in confidence. It has been good for me since the beginning of the season, I have been playing well. It is great to have two Belgian players in our little country. I will focus on myself tomorrow.

Kim may lead th head to head 7-2 but it's 1-1 on clay

This will be tough, this is Henin's best surface, Kim won't be able to dominate her like she can indoors or on hardoucrts. I so hope Kimmie can win, but she will have to serve and move incredibly well.

And I know Henin won in straight sets at Rome, but did you see that match, it was awful, Kim played horribly I think that match was the start of her bad form around that time.
