S1 Fed Cup

Here will be the information and team formations of the Fed Cup event, which will take place the week following the Year-End Championships. It will be a week long event, and the schedule will be made later on. It will be a single-elimination draw format, and seedings will be based on combined ranking points of each team. Teams will consist of two players from the same country. Points will be done the new way, meaning there will be tiebreak points instead of having a 13th number in each set. Each player will have 10 points to distribute into 3 sets, and these points will be the “tiebreak points.” Here is an example of how points should be sent:
Set 1: 01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12 TB: 2
Set 2: 01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12 TB: 5
Set 3: 01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12 TB: 3
And the tiebreak scores will be done like this:
If the players send equal points, there will be a coin toss and the score will be 7-6 (11).
If a player wins a set by 1 point, they win the set 7-6 (9).
If a player wins a set by 2 points, they win the set 7-6 (7).
If a player wins a set by 3 points, they win the set 7-6 (5).
If a player wins a set by 4 points, they win the set 7-6 (3).
If a player wins a set by 5 points, they win the set 7-6 (1).
If a player wins a set by 6+ points, they win the set 7-6 (0).
This will be good practice of sending points for next season, as points will be done this way, with the exception of the grand slam events, which will be done another way to be explained later.
For now, please make teams based on countries
