Hello everyone,

I would be interested to know if you use dietary supplements and if so, which ones?
What is your goal?
Do you have special brands you can recommend?

Hi tennisboy90,

I usually don't take supplements, but I recently started taking Liposomal Vitamin D3. Considering that the current situation leads us to spend a lot of time inside, I thought it might be a good idea. The supplement has a strengthening effect on bones and muscles and I highly recommend it.

For me, food supplements are not something frightening or terrible. In our modern world, this is already the norm.
