Good luck to Na Li. It would be nice to see a Chinese player come through again. It's been a while since Fang Li and Jing-Qian Yi were competing well.

Not certain.

I think so far :
- quality points = around 10
- round points = 38.5
No participation in Rockford in not mistaken
No points off next week

So for being finalist, she should move to around 117. I never calculate rankings in case of victory, lest I jinx the players ;) .

This is just an estimate and does not take into account other players' moves.

Mashona's career high rank is #112, which was in late 2000. Whether she wins or loses she should move back into the top 120, but I don't think any higher than around 116. Considering her form the last little while though, if she can keep on getting these consistent results top 100 isn't out of reach :)

In total, Na is getting 69.5 points in Midland. This + Rockford points should help her to sky-rocket to around #202 at the WTA ranking :D .

Fantastic:D :D :D !
I'm always glad when an injured player has a great come back.
Is it sure that she has no tournament in the next future?

Closest event I can see now would be Abierto Mexicano Pegaso - Acapulco, MEX (Tier III - Feb 25th), if she does not have other imperatives that prevent her from participating there.

I hope some information will be available soon on her future tournaments ;) .
