Soooo happy for Tatjana and ALG to win this decisive doubles and put Germany through to the SFs.
Fantastic for them to step in when the first guard opted out under the new captain. Very important win for Jens Gerlach as well!
At this Point Kerber and Goerges do have to play the SF for Germany to have any realistic chance though. Quite certain that they will.
Singles 1: Sabalenka d. Maria 4-6 6-1 6-2
Singles 2: Lottner d. Sasnovich 7-5 6-4
Singles 3: Maria d. Lapko 6-4 5-7 6-1
Singles 4: Sabalenka d. Lottner 6-3 5-7 6-2
Doubles: Groenefeld/Maria d. Marozava/Sabalenka 6-7 7-5 6-4 :inlove: :yeah:
