Hello!
In this thread you can commit to TT Fed Cup, that starts in 3 weeks time.
How to play?*
We will have 8 commited teams (we start with quarter-finals). Each team must have at least 2 and up to 5 players, team captain included if he will also play. Team captain's main duty is to select the line up.
To make things easier (for me
) we will only pick singles matches from day one (this is in part, because the reverse singles can sometimes be changed in the last minute due to a tie already being decided).
One singles match from Day 1 of each tie will count for TT Fed Cup Day 1 and the other one will count for TT Fed Cup Day 2.
The score of the doubles match will be counted as the combination of the results of all matches played on Day 1 by both players chosen to play the doubles, but the difference from singles being that the set ratios tips won't count for doubles.
*Rules are still subject to change, this is just some basic information about how it should look.
