Europe: All of Europe (including UK and Turkey) with the exception of Russia and Isreal.

Rest of the World: Asia, Africa, Oceania, North America (except USA) AND South America continents.

Most of Russia is actually in Asia. Admittedly the big population centres are in Europe. Anyway it's a tennis superpower, as is the US, so let it have its own team.

Russia is not a tennis superpower, just cos we have alot of players doing great, but it couldnt be further from the truth.

there's about 10 times more people in Paris, Miami, LA that play tennis than in the whole of Russia put together.

^ Doesn't matter. In Fed Cup, or anything like this, Russia counts as a tennis superpower coz it can choose its team from the likes of Sharapova, Dementieva, Petrova, Myskina, and Kuznetsova.
