Does anyone remember that funny thread thread where Bartoli was quoted as saying clay was her favorite surface? I would have an easier time believing lettuce was her favorite food.
Bartoli has been very inconsistant this year and has had precious few matches to be proud of. And infact todays opponent Silva is actually playing ok, albeit at a much much lower level that Bartoli. Still all of Bartoli's losses this year have been to top 100 players and I just don't think it has gotten so bad for Bartoli that she is going to lose to the world 333 even on clay.
