Bacsinszky has Hungarian roots that she is very proud of!

Romanian-Hungarian more exactly.

Her father was born in Satu Mare and in 1978 he went to Hungary and got married later on.

Timea doesn't speak Romanian unfortunately. It's a complicated story on the reasons why and this is not the place to do it.
